The city has decided to cancel this bid and rebid it at a later date. Removal of existing fire alarm components and furnishing and installing a new fire alarm system meeting all regulations and building codes. Project funded with Federal Funds. Respondents will be verified for eligibility to receive Federal funds. Must comply with all Federal requirements including Part 200.City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents will be given orally to any bidder. Every request for such interpretation shall be made electronically in writing, addressed to Edward Sweeney, Assistant Chief Procurement Officer, sweeneye@holyoke.org, and to be given consideration, must be received at the Purchasing Department not later than 4:00 PM, on December 8, 2023.
