This project includes performing upgrades and modifications to the tank, including installation of a new steel bottom, Flexible Membrane Liner (FML) under tank containment, concrete interstitial space,interstitial leak detection piping, nozzles modifications to comply with API 650 and tank functionality, and miscellaneous other upgrades, and modifications necessary to return Tank # 23 to full operation.
