Description

The Contractor shall implement a turn-key, full-service, preventive maintenance program providing system inspecting, testing, analysis, maintenance, cleaning, repairing, and status reporting of all HVAC associated equipment within NEC node sites according to manufacturer’s specifications/standards. The Contractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and parts required to perform maintenance and repairs on any failed or failing aspect of an HVAC system. Repairs are either routine or emergency.
