Failure to submit the bid bond, letter of credit, cashier's check, or certified check with the bid will result in disqualification of the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a corporate surety bond or certified check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, Greene County, Ohio, for a total up to 100% of the contract price as a guarantee for the faithful performance thereof.
