| Description | Install a new 2” high pressure return pipe (HPR) from the existing west side of the tunnel under Rose St at Huguelet and extend to the existing steam vault near Small Animal steam vault. In addition, install a new 3” forced main on the sump pump from the west side tunnel to the closest sanitary manhole. Extend new electrical service from the existing Small Animal steam vault to the existing west side tunnel and provide new lighting and power in the west side tunnel. |
