| Description | Provide and complete the Precast Repair Project at Eastside High School, 1300 Brushy Creek Road, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. Described in broad terms, at a minimum the project consists of the following: 1. Repairing cracks and spalls per notes and details, 2. Removing existing joint sealant and backing at all joint locations, 3. Removing existing joint sealant at all windows perimeters, masonry or concrete intersections and other adjacent materials, 4. Replacing joint sealant with new backer rod and silicone sealant, and 5. Removing and replacing existing wet-seal at windows per manufacturer’s recommendations. |
