| Description | The City of Ballwin is accepting bids to seal and stripe two parking lots; 315 New Ballwin Road and 335 Holloway Road. We have decided to ADD AN ADDITIONAL parking lot to the project. So, in addition to 315 New Ballwin Road, we would like the same work done to the parking lot at 335 Holloway Road, Ballwin, MO 63011. The same specifications shall be used on both parking lots. For any further clarification, please contact John Hoffman at 636-227-2423. Please sign this form and include it with your bid. As noted in the specifications, the 315 New Ballwin Road work shall be done between 9/10/23 and 9/22/23. However, the work at 335 Holloway Road can begin any time after 9/6/2023.
