Description

This project will include the furnishing, and installation of an 8 production well, the abandonment and decommissioning of the existing production well, the furnishment and installation of approximately 30 LF of onsite piping, all necessary testing and permitting required to establish a new production well, and any additional appurtenances required to complete to proposed work as shown in the contract documents. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are also available in electronic format upon payment of $75.00 for each CD-ROM, non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration of this award All CONTRACTORS are required to adhere to consideration of this award. All CONTRACTORS are required to adhere to Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) M/WBE requirements for M/WBE participation.
