Cypress Street Road Improvements

The work to be performed under the Scope of Work of this contract shall include, but not be limited to, the construction of a road improvements on Cypress Street, including construction of granite block curbing where shown, repair of inlet walls, replacement of inlet grates and castings, resetting of manhole castings and replacement of covers, full width milling, base and leveling courses as required, 2" thick HMA surface course, pavement striping and markings, and regulatory signage, and any ancillary work as shown and described in the Specifications and on the Plans. The proposed work shall include site restoration and landscaping of adjacent areas disturbed by the work, and shall include full depth road repair adjacent to the curb installation. This scope of work shall also include provision of items required for maintenance and protection of traffic (construction notice signs, detour signs, barricades, cones, etc.). The term of Contract for the Work shall be for a period anticipated to commence upon the Owner's issuance of a "Notice to Proceed" to the Contractor. Work must be completed by August 31, 2021.
