| Description | The contract period for both sanitation services and recycling services shall commence on January 1, 2023. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. Bids may be hand delivered to the Borough Clerk prior to the above specified time. All bids must be presented in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the bidders name and address thereon. The Borough will not be responsible for bids mailed. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein as permitted by law. |
