Gateway Arch National Park Radio System Improvements

All requests for clarification on these bidding documents must be received in writing by August 12, 2022 at 5:00PM prevailing Central Time. An overview of the project scope of work is described below, Contractor is responsible for familiarizing him/her with the project documents in its entirety to understand full scope of work needed to complete the project. The project consists of the fabrication and installation of a radio tower structure, radio system and technology improvements, electrical systems, and site improvements to facilitate the construction of the radio tower and corresponding improvements. The contractor will be responsible for providing delegated design and fabrication of the radio tower structure, other required structural support systems, site features, and technology systems as indicated in the project documents. The contractor will be responsible for site prep including selective demolition and protection of existing features, excavation and grading, installation of reinforced concrete foundations, construction of segmental block retaining walls, installation of site security fencing, adjustments to existing irrigation systems, installation of soils, gravels, and plant materials. The contractor will be responsible for procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation of all materials required to construct the project unless otherwise indicated in the project documents. The contractor will be responsible for setup of technology systems and training of Owner representatives for provided systems and equipment as described in the project documents. Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via electronically for GRG Bid# 2022-008-897B Mississippi Greenway: NPS Radio System Improvements (897B) in Gateway Arch National Park in St. Louis, Missouri. The project consists of the fabrication and installation of a radio tower structure, radio system and technology improvements, electrical systems, and site improvements to facilitate the construction of the radio tower and corresponding improvements. Project includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications.
