Furnish Beaver Lake Nature Center Windows and Doors Replacement

Remove and replace windows and slider doors at Beaver Lake Nature Center for the Onondaga County Parks Department. A total of fourteen (14) window units and seven (7) patio slider doors need to be replaced - Thirteen (13) window units and seven (7) patio slider doors in Main Building - One (1) window unit in Maintenance Building Remove and dispose all existing window and slider door units Prepare all openings to install new window and door units Install brown (preferred color or paintable surface) interior/bronze exterior vinyl or aluminum triple vinyl hopper/double hung style window and slider door units in Main Building Install white interior/white exterior vinyl or aluminum single hung window unit in Maintenance Building Trim, as needed, exterior and interior openings to achieve finished look and paint to match existing trim Finish caulk all windows interior and exterior, at all non-factory joints and between unit & pre-existing substrates Dispose of all debris and clean units completely
