College Park Airport - Hangar Renovation - 4.99.0035 - Prince George's County

The College Park Airport Hanger is an original 1919 U.S. Post Office hanger and the only remaining hanger at this early airfield. Currently, the hanger is leased to the Prince George's County Police Department Helicopter Unit. The building provides storage for two helicopters, repair space and storage in support of critical public safety operations in the County. The project will include mold abatement, structural repairs and renovations. This project is included in the county's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program.
