Description | The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Project consists of one new 2500 SF one story administration building and associated sitework as described in the construction documents. The sitework shall include, but is not limited to; the provisions of concrete walks, fire alarm, landscaping and irrigation. Contractor shall connect all electrical, fire alarm, data connections, irrigation, water, and sewer as required for complete and operational systems. As of December 5, 2022, an architect and a general contractor have been selected. Construction is expected to begin in January of 2023. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a Lease-Leaseback A. The Work shall be completed according to the Project schedule set forth below. B. Occupancy: The Project may be occupied by District staff as shown below. If so, the premises will be occupied whether or not the Work is completed, regardless of time extensions (if any). C. Any Work performed after this date will need to be fully coordinated with District and will be limited to after school hours or on weekends. The Owner reserves the right to let separate contract for work outside of the scope of this Contract. Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts The Owner has a critical need for the Work to begin upon Notice to Proceed and shall be Substantially Complete by the date specified on the Project Schedule. There will be No Extensions of Time due to weather *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let. |
