Northwest Family Success Center Refresh

Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for replacement of existing demountable partition walls with full height framed gypsum board walls and sound insulation in the existing main office area and conference rooms. Installation of two new split system HVAC units for the existing conference rooms. Replacement of existing workstations for Crisis Housing staff and other ancillary areas and provide additional new workstations for counseling sessions. Install new carpet and furniture. Provide two (2) ADA accessible restrooms adjacent to the existing Break Room with new toilet fixtures, accessories, floor tile, drywall ceilings and paint. Reconfigure and expand existing Break Room with new kitchen cabinets, sink, vinyl plank flooring and acoustical tile ceilings.
