Swan Lake Bunkhouse Replacement Project

**As of March 30, 2023, the project was awarded to Dawson Construction LLC bid amount of $1,396,500.00. Project Started on 2-20-2023 and will be completed 9-31-2023. Any bidder inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to ContAdmin@seapahydro.org on or before January 31, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. AKST. The respondents bid must include all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation and associated services for the following Scope of Work and deliverables: 1. Procurement and installation of a 2,400 square-foot, two-story modular home unit (Swan Lake Replacement Bunkhouse). The modular design and specifications are provided in Appendix C (Bunkhouse Drawing Set) and Appendix D (Technical Specifications) attached and incorporated herein by reference. The new modular unit is to be installed on the existing concrete foundation of Home 101. SEAPA will provide labor and materials to decommission and reinstall the electrical services and communications feed up to the units main breaker and terminal panels. Contractor is responsible for all other utilities reconnections. 2. Decommissioning, disassembling, and removing from the Swan Lake site, the existing 3,000 square-foot, two-story structure known as the Swan Lake Bunkhouse. 3. Decommissioning, disassembling, and removing from the Swan Lake site two (2) 1,200 square-foot, single-story homes known as Home 101 and Home 103. For Swan Lake Bunkhouse Replacement Project
