HVAC System Startup and Preventative Maintenance 2021-2023

Vendor will inspect and perform quarterly preventative HVAC maintenance services on each unit listed on the Schedule of Equipment at the Wagner Community Center, The Hub, the 375 W 1st Street, and Wilder Park Conservatory there is also a fifth location as an additional option located at 155 E St. Charles Road. Inspections will be performed during normal business hours, MondayFriday. Schedule of Equipment is attached Furnish all labor necessary to maintain proper operation of the units described in Schedule of Equipment; from the actual unit, to the first connection of the duct system, and to the first connection on the gas and electric mains; including all controls, thermostats to maintain the units in good operating condition. Provide (4) maintenance inspections per calendar year; (4) inspections will be conducted in 2021 (2) inspection calls yearly on Air Conditioning Equipment, and (2) inspection calls yearly on Heating Equipment. Filters on the Wagner Community Center Gymnastics Center roof to be replaced monthly. Provide service reports following each quarterly preventative HVAC maintenance inspection and/or repair. Vendor will designate a primary technician for each equipment location; the primary will be responsible for the assigned facility throughout the term of the contract. Vendor will schedule quarterly preventative HVAC maintenance services with designated facility staff prior to arriving at location to perform work.
