Description

Remove and dispose of the existing boiler, piping, and appendages that are not to be reused. Existing pad is to be reused, but any modifications are the responsibility of the contractor. New boiler is to be vented out the back wall near the existing water heater vents. Piping of the new boilers is to follow the manufactures recommendations IE; primary and secondary headers etc. It is the responsibility of the contractor to remove, replace, or modify the existing piping to follow the manufactures recommendations. All new piping will be insulated with 1 inch preformed fiberglass insulation with manufactured plastic preformed fittings.
