Description

Sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School System Technology Department located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508. Delivery to any other department other than the Technology Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal.+ E-Rate Category 2 Products and Services: Wireless Access Points RFP #33-23 The Lafayette Parish School System (LPSS) is seeking proposals from qualified E-Rate firms that can provide E-rate eligible equipment, licenses, and support warranties. It is the goal of LPSS to provide all schools with campus-wide wireless and wired local area network and high-speed Internet access to all students, faculty, and stakeholders. The Lafayette Public School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services. To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
