| Description | To provide 12 tons of cooling for the gym as follows: - Condensing unit shall be mounted on roof top in the vicinity of the existing air recovery unit. - Unit shall be manufactured by Trane, York, or Carrier. - DX coil shall be mounted inside the gym downstream of the existing heating coil. - Contractor shall be responsible to coordinate with Siemens for all control work and integration into the buildings existing control system. (Bacnet system will not be permitted) - Contractor is also responsible for electrical supply. - All work shall be in accordance with State and Local Building Codes and ASHRAE. - A two (2) year limited warranty on all workmanship and materials shall be provided. - Successful contractor shall be required to supply schematics and details for connecting duct work, coil mounting/hanging, condensing unit curb mount, temperature sensing and controls schematics, and insurance prior to notice to proceed. - Work shall be completed by July 1, 2021. |
