Description

DCAMM Certification Required. The Project consists of: Renovation of the north (11,500 SF footprint) and south (9050 SF footprint) exterior courtyards. Both existing courtyards are multi level and include masonry, pavers, stairs, rails, site drainage and landscaped areas. The Work will reconfigure the existing courtyards to accommodate a new layout. The Work will include construction of new stairs, retaining walls, canopy structures, railings, paving, synthetic turf, lighting, sprinklers, site drainage and landscaping. The materials will include masonry, steel and glass.
