Description The Contractor shall provide Ground Maintenance services as described herein at the Bunker Hill Monument Site located at Monument Square, Charlestown, MA and the Dorchester Heights Monument Site located at Thomas Park, Boston, MA on behalf of the National Park Service (NPS), Boston National Historical Park (NHP). A. The Grounds Maintenance work shall include furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform grounds maintenance operations such as spring and fall cleanup (this includes leaves), grass cutting, trimming, edging, sweeping, debris removal (when required), and blowing off all areas at both sites referenced above. B. Contractor is highly encouraged to conduct a pre-inspection of the required sites prior to submitting an offer.
