For Plumbing Supplies The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority), an independent special district, issues this Invitation to Bid (Solicitation) for Plumbing Supplies. This Solicitation is issued as a cooperative contract for the following four (4) agencies, Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority), Lee County Port Authority (Port Authority), Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (Sheriff's Office), and Pinellas County (County), to purchase plumbing supplies on an as-needed basis. The Aviation Authority will serve as the Lead Agency. The Agencies shall not be deemed or construed to be a party to any contract executed by and between any other governmental entity and the Awarded Respondent as a result of this Solicitation.
