Request for Letters of Interest to Acquire and Develop Two County-Owned Properties known as Poinciana SunRail Site and the Mac Overstreet Site The purpose of this Request for Letter of Interest (RFLOI) is to determine if there is interest from Acquisition and Development Teams with the financial capability and experience to acquire the Properties for development by the purchaser or purchaser's assignee or successor.3 More specifically, the County's primary goal is to facilitate private sector development of quality and type to generate high wage jobs, operate in the targeted industry sectors of manufacturing and increase the ad valorem tax base.
