Inquiries must be emailed to: Greg Hazel Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Subject: Questions for Bid # 800-23-090 Email: INDOTprocurement2@indot.in.gov Asphalt Emulsion Seasonal Pricing. Season#1 - April 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023. Season#2 - November 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. The complete solicitation will be released in two (2) stages (April 1 through October 31, 2023 and November 1 through March 31, 2024) for the term of this program. This program will expire on March 31, 2024. The State of Indiana reserves the right to accept or reject whole or any part of, the foregoing Quotation/Bid INDOT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to award the items separately or all to one (1) vendor.
