Description

The work consists of the installation of approximately 800 linear feet of 12" ductile iron water main; connections to the existing water system; installation of approximately 2 new hydrants; connection of approximately 16 existing water services to newly installed water main; all related valves, fittings and appurtenances; and cutting, removal as necessary, and capping existing 6" and 8" water mains, removal of valve boxes and hydrants on water mains to be abandoned, asphalt and vegetation restoration as described in the Contract Plans and Technical Specifications.
