Construction of a Water Project at the Hiwassee Utilities Commission Water Plant - Hiwassee Sodium Hypochlorite Building

The work to be bid on is as follows: the Hiwassee Sodium Hypochlorite Building, Contract Number 18-1359-13. The work consists of construction of a new building for the storage and feed of sodium hypochlorite, with pumps, piping, electrical, associated site work, and miscellaneous ancillary work as described in the bidding documents. The allotted time for construction is 320 calendar days for substantial completion and 365 days to final completion, both from the date of the notice to proceed.
