| Description | The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the construction of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Prospect Street and Massachusetts Avenue, intersection widening, roadway reconstruction, and the construction of an underground drainage system. The new signal will include pedestrian facilities to current ADA standards. The traffic signal shall meet current MUTCD standards. The project also includes the 2" milling, 2" resurfacing, roadway widening, roadway reconstruction, construction of curb and sidewalk at the intersection, and constructing solid and perforated pipes, and all necessary appurtenances. The drainage construction includes the installation of reinforced concrete pipe, perforated high density polyethylene pipe, inlets, manholes, and connecting pipes into existing structures. |
