CONTRACT: D9-POLE-2022 WBS ELEMENT: TBD TIP NO: N/A FEDERAL AID NO: N/A COUNTY: Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Rowan, Stokes ROUTE: Various DESCRIPTION: Installation and Removal of Traffic Signal Poles and Eight-Way Anchors on an As-Needed Basis The completion date for this contract is June 30, 2023, with the option to extend for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each for a maximum period of three (3) years total. The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights of 1964 (78 Stat.252) and the Regulations of the Department of Transportation (49 C.F.R., Part 21), issued pursuant to such act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder(s) without discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin.
