Phipps Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

This project consists of furnishing and installing a new permeable, unit paver walkway system that improves accessibility across our campus as well as our storm water management practices, contributes to the beautification of our campus and respects the character of our historic glass houses. • Phase 1, as indicated on the project documents, consists of furnishing and installing improvements to the West of the main welcome center entrance to Phipps. At a minimum, must complete all improvements within the outdoor garden area, as well as the installation of new permeable pavers from Frew Street Extension to the entrance to the outdoor garden area, but can extend beyond up to the Welcome Center entrance area. • Phase 2, as indicated on the project documents, consists of furnishing and installing improvements to the East of the main welcome center entrance to Phipps and all remaining work within the contract. Phase 1 Completion: April 24, 2020 Phase 2 Completion: June 26, 2020
