| Description | Project will be to design and construct, by a licensed Fire System professional service and installer. Life safety equipment was installed and commissioned in 1985. It is past its life expectancy. Parts are no longer available and equipment is no longer supported by the manufacturer. Replacement of equipment is essential. The replacement of existing Discovery Park equipment will need to meet the current building statutory requirements, NFPA 101 Life Safety. This work must meet all National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. The selected contractor must be NICET Certified, and licensed in the State of Texas for all project related work. |
