RFP Engineering - Flow Splitter Improvements

The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (District or MMSD) is requesting proposals for engineering consulting services (RFP) associated with the Flow Splitter Improvements Project (project). The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate, modify, and/or replace the existing flow splitter structure at the Nine Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant (NSWWTP). This project and associated scope of services is intended to be completed in several stages. This RFP is seeking an engineering consultant to conduct an alternatives analysis, a preliminary design, as well as detailed design and construction services for the project. Stage 1 will be the Alternatives Analysis and Stage 2 will be the Preliminary Design. No verbal statement made by a district employee or anyone else is binding, nor shall such a statement be considered an official part of this public proposal. The district is federal and state tax exempt and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any technicality and accept any proposal which may, in its opinion, be advantageous to the district. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
