North Springs High School Baseball Outfield Slope Repair

Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the repair of a failed slope on the baseball field. The scope of this contract is also to provide maintenance of the detention pond that has accumulated sediment and requires clearing of all existing trees at North Springs High School Repair of Outfield Slope will consist of: 1. Repair failed slope at left center field. 2. Install new storm inlet and pipe to increase runoff capture and avoid future failure of weak slope area. 3. Clear disturbed area of existing pines and restabilize with slope-specific seed mixture once repaired. Detention Pond Maintenance will consist of: 1. Clear all existing trees (primarily pine trees). 2. Regrade with sediment removed to the bottom of the lowest orifice in the existing outlet structure. 3. Restabilize with slope- specific seed mixture. Location: North Springs High School, 7447 Roswell Road NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
