Senior Citizen Residential Grass Cutting and Snow Removal Program

Proposals are for the program officially known as the Senior Citizen Residential Grass Cutting and Snow Removal Program in the residential section of Bedford Park. Contract will be for a two (2) year period, subject to a six (6) month review. Work to he done: The Village will provide the eligibility list for those senior residents enrolled in the Grass Cutting and Snow Removal Program. This entails having their grass cut weekly in the spring, summer and fall and their snow removed from their sidewalks and driveways after a two (2) inch snowfall or at the discretion of PW. Superintendent. The number of homes currently enrolled in this program number from approximately 60 homes. A detailed list of homes is currently available upon request to help with the bidding process. III. Instructions to Bidders. All bidders must be bonded and insured and must include such documentation with the bid proposal. IV. Certification, The undersigned bidder does hereby certify that it is not barred from bidding on the contract as a result of a violation of either section p E-3 or 33 E-4 of Chapter 38 Illinois Revised Statutes. V. Rejection of Bids. The Village of Bedford Park reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
