While the scrap metal the facility collects is an indefinite quantity, the average annual quantity is approximately 1,000 short tons. 1. Provide empty roll-off containers for scrap metal collection. 2. Provide removal/return service of loaded/empty roll-off containers. 3. Provide service on a pre-scheduled basis. 4.
