| Description | The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking experienced contractors to provide utility water & wastewater facilities construction work, and related services, on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City of Peoria utilizing Job Order Contracting (JOC) project delivery method. It is the intent of the City of Peoria to select up to four (4) contractors for contract award. The initial term of the JOC will be for a minimum of one (1) year and may be renewed up to four (4) additional one-year terms. Renewal of the contract will be based on the successful performance of the JOC Contractor and the needs of the City. It is the City's intent to enter into a cost plus fee structure.
