Recreation Park Upgrades

Project Element 1A – Tennis Courts – General Construction Reconstruction of the existing tennis court battery located along Seminary Avenue at the intersection of Beethoven Street, including excavation and backfill of tennis court subbase, installation of tennis court surface in accordance with American Sports Builders Association (ASB) and United States Tennis Association (USTA) Standards, installation of drainage features, and other associated amenities, such as walkways and fencing. Additive bids are also requested for concrete hillside seating, installation of electrical service to the courts, reconstruction of the main entrance and installation of sports lighting. Project Element 1B – Ice Rink – General Construction Construction of a concrete pad (47’ x 94’) and ice rink system on the northeast corner of the site including grading, drainage features and other associated amenities such as walkways and benches. Additive bid is also requested for installation of dasher boards.
