Coweta County K9 Kennel Facility HVAC System

** As of December 28, 2022, project is abandon.** Scope of Work: "The Project" includes the contractor installing all necessary components for the HVAC system as specified in plans. The contractor will supply and install a completely new HVAC system as proposed by Coweta County Facilities Management. The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to complete the project as proposed. The contractor will be responsible for all field measurement and verification of all new equipment that will be installed. The contractor will be responsible for all site clean-up and debris disposal daily. Contractor shall take precautions against damaging or disrupting the building, any damages shall be repaired at the contractor's cost. It will be Coweta County responsibility to contact and schedule controls contractor for any building automations work. The contractor is not responsible for any building automations work.
