Description The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Lakeview Retreat Lift Station No. 1 Expansion including but not limited to mobilization, bonds and insurance; demolition of 2 submersible pumps, riser piping, header piping and valves; installation of 2 submersible pumps, with accessories, new riser piping, header piping and valves; protective coatings; potable water service connection including service tap, meter, meter box, PVC piping, and valves; site work; bypass pumping; modifications to the existing electrical control panel; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
