Description	Part 1 Provide all Preliminary Engineering services for the SmartPGH- Advanced Transportation and Congestion Management Technologies Deployment (ATCMTD) project in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to: an ASTA schedule, field surveys, coordination of public involvement, environmental documentation, design field view submission, constructability reviews, preliminary traffic signal design, preliminary right-of-way investigation and plan, utility and railroad coordination, SUE, preliminary roadway design, preliminary maintenance and protection of traffic plan, work zone alternatives analysis, and preliminary signing and pavement marking plan. Part 2 Provide all Final Design services for the SmartPGH- Advanced Transportation and Congestion Management Technologies Deployment (ATCMTD) project in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to: interagency permits, an ASTA schedule, final design office meeting and field view, constructability reviews, roadway design, final traffic signal plan, final right of way plan, potential for right of way negotiation and acquisition services, utility coordination and potential relocations, traffic control plan, pavement marking and signing plan, safety review meeting, potential value engineering, and plans, specifications & estimate (PS&E) package. Part 3 Services during construction include, but are not limited to: shop drawing review, preparation of as-built drawings, and consultation during construction.
