Description

This project is an extension of the City of Bentonville public sewer system designed to connect the residential structure at 412 NW A Street to the public system. The client is ML-Res LLC, a local property owner and real estate developer. Work taking place within the existing neighborhood must minimize disruption to residents and endeavor to protect existing utilities and all trees during construction. Work within NW 5th Street may encounter several layers of old roadway, including the possibility of reinforced concrete. All necessary approvals are in hand; the project is ready to begin.
