Dallas County Parking Garages Maintenance Repairs

Q & A deadline: Aug 11, 2022 6:00:00 PM EDT The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a one-time contract with a general contractor (GC) to repair and restore several Dallas County owned parking garages based on the drawings and specifications provided by Walker Consultants. These garages are critical to Dallas County operations and are used to serve as parking for the Frank Crowley Courthouse, George Allen Courthouse, and Records Building Complex. This project will ensure that the garages are restored to optimum conditions so they can continue to provide the necessary parking spaces for the Dallas County buildings. The County reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a solicitation response is responsive. County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any solicitation response as may be in the best interest of County. Late bids will not be considered for award. The schedule shall be based upon an expected project start date of 11/01/2022 and a substantial end date of 01/20/2024. This will be followed by an expected total completion date of 03/01/2024.
