| Description | Community Emergency Alerting System The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain services of a qualified technology vendor with proven expertise in mass notification systems to provide a comprehensive, integrated mass notification and communications system that can span across the County communications infrastructure coverage area, demonstrates interoperability, and meets outreach and sign-up benchmark capacity to support efficient and effective public warning and information sharing from the County and identified partners.
