Please respond to the following items: • Provide a statement of Developer’s interest in the Development Project. Statement should include the firm’s understanding of the objectives of the RFI/Q. • Provide a description of the project team with resumes for key individuals. • Identify at least three (3) similar projects you have developed. Include references for each project with names and telephone numbers. • Provide an overview of the proposed Project(s), including proposed location, use (i.e. – retail, restaurant, etc.), and financing strategy. • If developer intends to act as master developer for entirety of Development Project in lieu of developing the parcel(s) themselves, provide a narrative of that process. • Provide a proposed site plan, exterior perspective, and typical interior perspective of each proposed development in submission. • Provide a proposed schedule for the Project(s), including proposed dates to start and complete construction and information on phasing of the Project. • Provide a narrative of requested city involvement, including any economic incentives, infrastructure improvements, or potential variances.
