Eau Claire Janitorial Services

Custodial and Related Services” at the Eau Claire Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, located in Eau Claire County at 500 Barstow Commons, Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701-3657. This project shall consist of providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment to perform janitorial and related services. The required janitorial and related services include but are not limited to the following: interior and exterior cleaning, window washing, trash removal, recycling , integrated pest management, grounds maintenance and snow removal. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in the contract for 365 days per year basis. The contract is being solicited with a six month base period from September 1, 2021 – February 28, 2022. with four (4), one (1)-year option periods. The option periods are as follows: Option 1 period of performance is March 1, 2022 – February 29, 2023. Option 2 period of performance is March 1, 2023 – February 28, 2024, Option 3 period of performance is March 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025. Option 4 period of performance is March 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026.
