South Campus Stormwater and Landscape Improvements

Demolition, tree protection, erosion control, earthwork, utility relocation/realignment, site work, and stabilization for the construction of a permanent wet stormwater retention pond in the existing "Suber Dam" area of Clemson University as specified by sheets C-100 through S-6 of the drawings. Construction clock will start on the proposed Date of Commencement, March 1, 2023, but materials may be procured any time after Notice to Proceed has been posted. Construction Cost Range: $900,000 to $1,100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Grading, Excavation and Fill, Subgrade Preparation, Excavation, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Shoring, Tunneling and Mining, Tunnel Excavation.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment, Dam Construction and Equipment.
