| Description | The City of Oxnard is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide collection, removal, refurbishment and re-facing of signage on traffic signs which have become damaged, illegible or obsolete throughout the City as needed. August 12, 2022 Last day for Questions by Bidders August 22, 2022 Review Bids August 23, 2022 Agreement Development/Negotiations September 1, 2022 Contracted work begins The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation and shall be for three (3) years, with each year renewable in one (1) year increments from September 1, 2022 thru August 31, 2025 or effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, unless terminated earlier. This annual renewal shall be based on mutually acceptable services, cost adjustments, and the City requirements and there is no obligation by the City to purchase any specified amount of goods or services. |
