Painting at Water Treatment Plant

Specifications: 1. The contractor shall provide a minimum 1-year warranty on all work. 2. Work shall start within 30 days of a notice to proceed and must be completed within 2 weeks from start date. 3. The areas to be painted are 3 stucco walls, 1 cinder block wall, 1 out building (stamped concrete), and 1 unfinished shed. 4. Power-wash all surfaces to remove mildew. 5. Caulk all seams and trim. 6. Repair stucco as needed. 7. Prime all bare surfaces with Sherman Williams premium primer. 8. Color match paint with tax color. 9. All surfaces to receive 2 coats of Sherwin Williams premium paint. 10. All doors and trim to receive 2 coats of Sherwin Williams premium paint. 11. Contractor is responsible to remove all equipment and supplies immediately at conclusion of project. The City will not be responsible to dispose of any empty paint cans or other such supplies that require disposal.
