The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required for the construction of: Sta. 7+46 Extend 72" x 119' Corrugated Metal Culvert Pipe Extension w/Broken Back Proposals must be signed and submitted on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT DIVISION 5. Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Boyd County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of his proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Boyd County Board of Supervisors. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 30 calendar days for completion. The required completion date of the project is September 27, 2022. The Board of County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. The Boyd County Board of Supervisors will, at their discretion, award the contract based on the lowest or best bid.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
