| Description | PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One year contract with four (4) one-year renewal options. Contract date to begin upon award. BOILER PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide boiler preventive maintenance services on 5 Fulton Gas Fired Pulse Boilers Model# PHW-2000LE, 1 Fulton Modsync Boiler Control, 1 Kewanee Fire Tube Boiler Model# M-505-G (Steam Boiler) and 1 Feed water/makeup and condensate return water tank as described herein at the Department of Forensic Science, Central Laboratory. Preventive maintenance shall include all adjustments and service required to maintain all systems and equipment in continuous good operating condition, in accordance with the manufacturer(s)' specifications and sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 below. |
